Our operations are managed by our Manager, Safety Management Overseas S.A., under the supervision of our executive officers and our board of directors. Under our management agreement, our Manager provides our Subsidiaries with technical, administrative and commercial services for an initial term expiring in May 2010, with automatic one-year renewals for an additional eight years, at our option. |
